Shipping your parcel
Parcels are usually dispatched within 2 days of receipt of payment and are sent via courier services with tracking and delivery without a signature.
Delivery within Poland takes approximately 1–2 working days. Delivery within the EU takes approximately 1–5 working days. All deliveries are dispatched from our warehouse at 55-002 Dobrzykowice, ul. Kamieni 4
The goods are delivered in a steel shipping crate. You must have equipment capable of unloading the steel crate containing the tent from a lorry trailer.
The dimensions and weight of the packing crates are specified in the quotation.
We begin organising the dispatch of goods once the payment has been credited to our account.
Shipping charges include handling and packing fees, as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whilst transport charges vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend grouping items into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders placed individually, and shipping charges will apply to each of them. Your parcel will be dispatched at your own risk, but we do our best to protect fragile items.
The boxes are suitably large, and your items are well protected.
