We would like to inform you that as of 25 May 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (in short "RODO") will become applicable, and we are therefore making changes to our Privacy Policy. We therefore wanted to inform you for what purpose and how we process your personal data and how you can exercise your rights. You can read the contents of the Privacy Policy below:
I. Information clause and scope of data processing and purpose and duration of data storage

2.The Administrator, by means of the Website and other forms of communication, collects and processes the following personal data of Users provided during the registration process on the Website: name and surname, address of residence, e-mail address, telephone number, ... etc.
3.As the Administrator of your personal data, we process your data for the following purposes and on the following legal bases:
- in order to conclude a contract for the provision of our services on the basis of your interest in our company's services (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO Regulation),
- in order to perform the contract you have concluded with us (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO Regulation),
- in order to comply with our legal obligations in connection with the operation of our business and the performance of the contract concluded with you (legal basis: Article 6(1)(c) of the RODO Regulation), which is also our legitimate interest to protect us from the consequences of failing to comply with our legal obligations,
- for archival (evidential) purposes to secure information in the event of a legal need to prove facts and for the possible establishment, investigation or defence of claims, which is our legitimate interest (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO Regulation),
- in order to offer you services directly (direct marketing), which is our legitimate interest (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO Regulation).
4.Data recipients - We may share your data with the following categories of entities:
- subcontractors, i.e. entities we use to process your data with whom we have entered into a contract for the entrustment of the processing of personal data: e.g. IT company, our hosting provider, software provider,
- offices, state authorities and administrative bodies, such as ZUS or the Tax Office, banks, other institutions, insofar as this is required for the performance of the contract binding us with you and by law.
- At the same time, we inform you that we do not transfer your data outside the European Economic Area and do not intend to do so in the future.
5.Data retention period - your data will be processed for the period of time necessary for the fulfilment of the processing purposes indicated above, i.e:
- Your data obtained for the purpose of entering into a contract we will retain for the period of contract negotiation and until the end of the calendar year following the year in which you last contacted me,
- We process your data obtained in connection with the conclusion and performance of a contract until the completion of the contract, and thereafter for the period required by law and until the end of the period of limitation of your potential claims arising from the contract concluded with us,
- We process your data processed for the purpose of complying with legal obligations incumbent on us in connection with the conduct of our business and the performance of the contract for the period until such obligations are fulfilled, and thereafter for the period for which we are required by law to retain your data or for the period for which we may suffer the legal consequences of failing to comply with the obligations incumbent on us,
6.Your rights introduced by the RODO Regulation - In relation to our processing of your personal data, you have:
- the right to access the content of the processed data and to receive a copy of it,
- The right to rectification (amendment) of your data,
- The right to erasure of your data,
- The right to restrict the processing of your data,
- The right to object to the processing of your data,
- the right to data portability.
You can exercise the above rights by sending us an email to our address given in point I or a letter sent to our postal address given in point I above
Where the processing of your data is based on Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO Regulation, i.e. consent to the processing of personal data, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
7.Complaint to the supervisory authority:
In cases where you consider that the processing of your data violates the provisions of the RODO Regulation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data).
8.Voluntariness of providing data and the consequences of not doing so:
To the extent that data processing takes place for the purpose of entering into a contract and its performance, the provision of data is a condition for entering into a contract and its performance. The provision of data is voluntary; however, the consequence of not providing the data will be the impossibility of concluding or performing the contract.
II. Information on cookies
1.The Website uses cookies.
2.Cookies (so-called "cookies") are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Website User's terminal equipment and are intended for use on the Website. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, the time of storing them on the terminal equipment and a unique number.

III. Server logs
(1) Information about certain user behaviour is subject to logging at the server layer. This data is used exclusively for the administration of the website and to ensure the most efficient operation of the hosting services provided.
2.The resources viewed are identified by URLs. In addition, the following may be recorded:
- time of arrival of the request,
- time of sending the response,
- the name of the client station - identification via the HTTP protocol,
- information about errors which occurred during the HTTP transaction,
- the URL address of a page previously visited by the user (referer link), in the event that the user accessed the Website via a link,
- information about your browser,
- IP address information.

1.The Operator may be obliged to provide information collected by the Website to authorised bodies on the basis of lawful requests to the extent of the request.
