Dispatch of your parcel
Parcels are usually dispatched within 2 days of receipt of payment and are sent via freight forwarders with tracking and unsigned delivery.
Delivery in Poland takes about 1-2 working days. Delivery in the EU takes about 1-5 working days. All deliveries are made from our warehouse in 55-002 Dobrzykowice ul. Kamieni 4.
Goods are delivered in a steel packing crate. You must have equipment that is able to remove the steel packing crate from the lorry trailer.
Packing crate dimensions and weight are indicated on the offer.
We will start arranging the dispatch of the goods once the funds have been credited to your account.
Shipping charges include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling charges are fixed, while shipping charges vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group items in one order. We cannot group two separate orders placed separately and shipping charges will apply to each order. Your parcel will be sent at your own risk, but every effort is made to protect fragile items.
The boxes are appropriately sized and your items are well protected.
