More space for your herd - the 10 × 24 m tented barn

The 10 × 24 m tented barn is a practical, economical and scalable solution for beef cattle farmers who need more floor space without increasing construction costs. With its doubled length compared to the 10 × 12 m model, this hall makes it possible to handle a larger number of animals while retaining all the advantages of a storage tent construction - from quick assembly to high animal comfort.

Durable construction and industrial quality workmanship

The barn is based on hot-dip galvanised steel arches, which are resistant to rust, mechanical damage and weather conditions. The 900 g/m² PVC tarpaulin cover is an industrially used material - waterproof, flame-retardant and UV-resistant. The light colour of the tarpaulin improves natural lighting of the interior, which reduces animal stress and electricity consumption.

More space, more options for rearing

The larger area (up to 240 m²) means more freedom for the animals and the possibility to easily divide the space into sectors: pens, feeding areas, bedding areas and runs. The hall is equipped with gates and ventilation openings to ensure constant air flow and effective removal of excess moisture and gases. The absence of internal supporting pillars gives full flexibility in the use of space.

Number of cattle in accordance with current standards:

for fattening cows up to 300 kg (1.6 m²/head) you can accommodate up to 150 head,

for cows over 450 kg (2.5 m²/head) - up to 96 head,

and at the comfortable standard of 4 m²/head. - 60 head.

Self-assembly or specialist support

The 10 × 24 m structure is designed so that the farmer can assemble it himself - the kit includes marked components, clear instructions and access to instructional videos. For those who are interested, we also offer a contact for proven assembly teams.

Stability on LEGO blocks

The canopy works best when mounted on prefabricated concrete 'lego' blocks, which act as a low wall. This solution increases the stability of the hall, protects the tarpaulin from mechanical damage and improves insulation from the ground - without the need to pour foundations or use heavy equipment.

Not just for cattle

Although the 10 × 24 m storage tent hall was originally designed as a barn for beef cattle, its modular, open and robust construction makes it suitable for many other uses on farms - especially where fast response to changing needs is important.

The tented barn can serve as:

Storage of roughage, fertiliser or straw - the large surface area and lack of internal supports enable bales, sacks and big-bags to be conveniently stored. The PVC tarpaulin protects the contents from rain and UV radiation, and good ventilation prevents dampness.

Garage for agricultural machinery and vehicles - tractors, trailers, spreaders or telehandlers can be stored safely throughout the season, without the risk of corrosion and losses due to exposure to the weather.

Transshipment point, sorting or work space - the hall can be a temporary centre for harvesting, sorting or packing crops. Its design allows a tractor to be driven inside, workstations to be set up and daily operations to be carried out without hindrance.

Thanks to its modular construction, the marquee barn can be flexibly adapted to changing conditions and farm needs - not only at the time of purchase, but also many months or years later. A solution that gives you real freedom of action and planning without the constraints of traditional livestock buildings.

Extensions are possible at any time - simply add extra modules (e.g. 6 m or 12 m) to gain more space for additional cattle, more feed storage or new work stations. There is no need to demolish, rebuild or pour foundations - the expansion takes place on the basis of the existing structure.

The relocation of the hall is a great advantage on farms where the function of the land or the layout of the buildings changes. The structure can be dismantled and moved in whole or in part without interfering with the infrastructure, which is not possible with permanent structures.

The
change of use does not require any building permits or complicated documentation - the hall can be used as a barn one moment and as a storage facility for fertilisers, equipment or agricultural raw materials the next season. This is a unique flexibility which allows better management of resources and reduces investment costs.

These features make the storage tent not just a structure, but a real space management tool for the modern farm - mobile, expandable and multi-purpose. Investing in this type of facility is a step towards greater independence, flexibility and control over the development of your own agricultural production.

This makes the storage tent not only an investment in livestock, but also a versatile space management tool for the modern farm.
