Ventilated gables - only available from us

This variant is distinguished by solid gable walls with integrated ventilation openings, which ensure optimum air circulation throughout the hall. This solution is only available from us and effectively eliminates moisture and ammonia accumulation - which directly affects animal health and growth.

Flexible installation and adaptation to your needs

The canopy can be mounted on self-made walls, usually made of prefabricated LEGO blocks. The customer decides on the height and seating of the structure, allowing the barn to be adapted to the specific housing system. The canopy can remain open at the sides or be supplemented with railings, fences or curtains - depending on preference.

Useable area and capacity

According to current cattle welfare regulations, the minimum area per cow in an open system (e.g. in a tented barn) is 15 m². For heifers, the recommended area is 10 m² and for calves 5 m².

Depending on the stocking density and age of the animals, a 10 × 18 m canopy can hold:

up to 36 calves (at the recommended 5 m²/unit),

up to 18 heifers (approx. 10 m²/head),

up to 12 fattening cows (approx. 15 m²/head).

For beef cattle, the minimum area depends on the weight of the animal and in a 118 m² barn you can accommodate:

112 head (up to 300 kg: 1.6 m²/head)

90 heads (301-450 kg: 2.0 m²/head)

72 head (over 450 kg: 2,5 m²/head).

These are the minimum values required by law - many breeders provide more space (e.g. 3-4 m²/head) to reduce stress, facilitate access to feed and improve growth.

The space allows free planning of feeding areas, bedding areas and paddock exits.

Simple assembly

Most of our customers assemble the hall themselves - each kit includes a complete package of marked components and clear instructions. In addition, we provide assembly videos on our YouTube channel. For those wishing to do so, we can also recommend reliable installation teams who can complete the assembly in a matter of days.

Multifunctional all year round

Although the storage tent was designed with fattening cattle in mind, its versatile design also makes it successful in other economic roles - both seasonally and year-round. After the breeding cycle or during transitional periods, many customers use it as:

Hay or straw bale storage - the 180 m² space without internal supports allows for the free storage of large volumes of voluminous materials, with easy access to each batch.

Garage for agricultural machinery - the height of the structure and the wide entrance allow tractors, trailers, spreaders or telehandlers to be safely stored, protecting them from rain, snow and UV radiation.

Thanks to its modular construction, the canopy can be easily extended or relocated to another part of the farm in the future.

Storage of fertilisers, concentrates and feedstuffs - thanks to the airtight PVC tarpaulin, it is possible to protect bulk and bagged materials from moisture and dampness, without having to invest in costly masonry warehouses.

If required, the hall can be easily adapted or extended, making it a flexible and cost-effective solution for many years to come. As a result, the investment in a single roof often pays for itself more quickly than traditional building facilities - both in livestock farming and farm logistics.
