Improper site preparation, installation and maintenance can invalidate the warranty and result in an unnecessary and costly error.

For easy assembly, we have identified each individual component with the part code indicated in the parts list. Familiarise yourself with the part code numbers and drawing to ensure trouble-free assembly.

If road salt or other highly oxidising substances are to be stored under the canopy, it is necessary to store them in sealed big bags or under cover.

A video showing our animal enclosures:

1. Check the contents of the parcel after opening the transport box. Make sure all tent components are in the crate.
2. Do not set up the tent in strong winds, in wet areas or on unstable ground. Check the weather forecast.
3. Check local regulations and plan the location of the canopy so that the required distance from electrical, gas, water and other cables is maintained.
4. If the tent is erected on a meadow or pasture, the ground should be level and stable, and if necessary compacted.
5. Pay attention to the screw direction. Do not install the bolts on top of the tent construction frame where the fabric will rest, as you will damage the fabric.
6. Tape all pipe joints with repair tape (silver tape) to protect the canopy tarp.
7. Work in accordance with health and safety requirements. Take care not to cut your fingers with clamps and tubes during assembly. Install with protective gloves, work boots, etc.
8. Ensure you have access to the tent from all sides during erection so that you can manoeuvre with a forklift, telescopic loader, hoist etc.
9. All operations should be carried out by professionally qualified persons.
10. Keep the work area clean.
11. Do not use sharp tools in contact with the tarpaulin.
12. If you are fitting a tarpaulin in winter, the tarpaulin itself must be stored in a room with a minimum temperature of + 10 C or higher for 2 days before fitting . Otherwise the tarpaulin must be stored in a room with a minimum temperature of + 10 C or higher and spread at this temperature. If this is not the case, kinks or cracks may appear in the tarpaulin.
13. The marquee should only be assembled from the supplied components. No alterations, changes etc. are permitted. It is not permitted to alter, change etc. components of the tent. Any changes to the components, substitutions of components will void the guarantee.
14. No additional loads may be attached to the tent structure. The structure is only rated for snow load, wind load and its own weight.
15. Snow must be removed immediately from the roof.
16. The side walls must also be kept free of snow, as air escapes there in the event of strong winds. The sides of the tarpaulin must be kept clear of snow as air can escape there in strong winds.

INSTALLATION PROCESS

1. Please refer to the drawing for the positioning of the base plates (No. 5L, 5R, 6). The purlins No. 7, 7A and 8 will be assembled in a later step. Measurements are given from the centre to the centre of the base plates.
2. Ensure that the base plates are installed parallel to each other and at right angles to the opposite base plates. When assembling on the ground, fix the base plates with the dowels provided in the kit (no. 24).

When installing the enclosure on paved ground, use the dowels. The dowels should be adapted to the substrate on which the enclosure is mounted.

INSTALLATION OF THE FRAME

1. 1. Find 1 piece of roof bend pipe (No. 1), 2 pieces of side wall bend pipe (No. 2), 2 pieces of side wall pipe - leg (No. 3), for the front and back it will be part No. 3A.
   2. Install the first arch as shown in picture 3
   3. .
   4. Connect the side wall bend pipe (No. 2) and the side wall pipe - leg (No. 3) using M10*75 screws (No. 18)
   5. Mount the other arches in the same way as the first arch.
      Note. The front and back arches are different from the middle arches.
   6. Set the front arch into the corner base plates ( No. 5L and 5R) Using ropes, stabilise and keep the arch vertical. Mount with screws (no. 17).Fit the first of the centre arches of the structure in the same way.

   3. Once the first two arches are seated in the base plates, immediately connect them using purlins (no. 4) and side panels (no. 17) with bolts 18, 19, 21.
   4. Assemble the rest of the side panels.

   6. Install the door pipes in the front panel (Nos. 9 and 10). Then install the lintel (no. 11). Join with the base plates (No. 7 and 8).
   7. Mount the front panel (No. 17A) and the door (No. 17C).

Now CHECK the entire structure for squareness and plumbness, adjust tubes and bolts if necessary.
Then tighten the frames accordingly. DO NOT over-tighten the bolts so that the oval parts of the frame are not compressed.

INSTALLATION OF ROOF AND REAR WALL TARPAULIN

1. To assemble the roof tarpaulin, you need a couple of people and a hoist such as a telescopic hoist. Please note that if you are fitting the roof covering in winter, it should be warmed to a minimum of 10C before fitting. 10C. Do not install the curtain on the frame in strong wind conditions. Before tensioning the curtain, check that the pipe joints are well taped with repair tape (silver tape).

2. Spread the canopy on one side of the tent. Insert the steel tubes (No. 29) into the pockets of the tarpaulin. Cut small holes in the pockets with the pipes and tie ropes in this area. Position one person to one rope. Throw the rope over the tent frame and pull the tarpaulin over the tent frame. Note: pull the tarpaulin over the frame evenly, carefully and slowly. One person should be inside and watch that the tarpaulin does not catch on the tent structure. If necessary, lift the tarpaulin. Once the tarpaulin has been stretched, tie it to the structure at the corners. Align the alignment of the tarpaulin forward and backward and sideways on the structure.
3. Use the transport dogs to tension the tarpaulin as shown in the diagrams below. Be careful, there are a couple of different models of belt tensioners in the kit and straps for different parts of the canopy.
4. Put a plastic cover over the ends of the tensioning tube.

5. Mount the rear tarpaulin (no. 26) using the rope (no. 27), which must be threaded through the eyelets.
6. Assembly of nets. After the fabric has been rolled up, assemble the side wall netting part no. 28 and the rear wall netting part (no. 28A) using ropes.

CAUTION: DO NOT LEAVE THE ROOF COVERING unattached in any circumstances until the installation and tightening is complete.

The process is fairly easy. But some tightening adjustments will be necessary to get a flat, taut roof tarp. Please inspect the roof covering at least once a month.
