9 m wide arch hall for hay bales, machinery and fodder - a practical all-year-round solution.

The 9 metre wide arch hall is a solution that is ideal for farms where additional, solidly roofed space is important. The construction is based on steel profiles with a rectangular cross-section of 56×86 mm and a wall thickness of 2 mm. It is this type of profile that gives the structure its rigidity and resistance to difficult weather conditions - wind, snow or heavy rainfall.

Additional reinforcements, such as diagonal bracing, struts under the ceiling and steel tension cables, increase the stability of the entire hall and ensure its durability for many seasons. It is a proven choice for storing straw, hay, agricultural machinery or other materials that require shelter and good ventilation.

With this design, you can organise your farm space with peace of mind, without worrying about the safety of your stored items - whatever the season.

Stability you can rely on - a strong steel construction

The construction of the hall consists of robust steel profiles with a rectangular cross-section 56×86 mm and a thickness of 2 mm. They have been hot-dip galvanised, which protects them from corrosion and means that they can withstand intensive use, precipitation or low temperatures without any problems.

Unlike the thin, round tubes used in weaker halls, this structure will not bend at the first strong wind. Additional bracing - both roof and rope - reinforces the whole and maintains stability even in harsher terrain. This is simply durability you can count on all year round.

Arch halls as tents for hay bales.

Arch tents are very often chosen as storage for hay and straw bales. Thanks to the arched construction of the tent, it provides the optimum volume of space under the roof for storing hay bales. An additional advantage of our products in this series is that it comes with gable walls, which are not a load-bearing element of the construction but a weather protection device. As a result, the straw bales are kept well ventilated throughout the season.

Assembly of the 9 m arch hall - smoothly and without complications

Ready to assemble - what is included in the kit?

The 9 metre wide arched tent hall series is designed so that assembly is quick and can be carried out without special tools. In the kit you receive all the components you need: steel arches, bolts, braces and a tarpaulin cut to the dimensions of the hall. Each component is described and the accompanying instructions guide you step by step through the assembly process. In practice, it takes 2-3 days to assemble the hall, even for people with no previous experience.

Anchoring the hall - ground or concrete blocks?

You have two options for assembly: directly to the ground or on LEGO concrete blocks. Anchoring to the ground is done using steel pins - a quick and effective solution if the ground is sufficiently hardened. Alternatively, you can use concrete blocks. Such installation increases the height of the hall and provides a stable retaining wall, which is particularly useful when storing heavy materials such as bales or pallets.

Both methods are tried and tested and depend on the conditions on your farm - choose the one that best suits the area you have.

The main advantages of an agricultural shed - what can you count on?

The 900 g/m² PVC tarpaulin is a solid barrier against rain, wind and sun. The material is resistant to tearing, UV radiation and extreme temperatures. In addition, it has a flame-retardant rating of B2, making it safer to use.

Each hall is equipped with entrance gates located in the gable walls - lifted up, which ensures comfortable entry even for large machines. The tarpaulin is tensioned using elastic ropes, pipes and conveyor belts - all to ensure even tension and tightness.

The structure of the hall is made of rectangular steel profiles, which provide greater rigidity than classic round tubes. The steel is hot-dip galvanised, which protects it from corrosion and extends its service life even in harsh outdoor conditions.

You assemble the entire system yourself with the help of instructions - also available in the form of instructional videos on our YouTube channel. If you have any questions during assembly, please contact us - we will give you a teleprompter by phone or via camera on WhatsApp.

The hall can be anchored to the ground or to concrete blocks - both options are proven, durable and suitable for different types of ground. Additional roof bracing increases the structure's resistance to wind and snow, and the versatility of use makes the hall ideal not only for agriculture, but also for industry, logistics, construction or outdoor events.

What makes a 9 m arch hall a good choice?

More than just a warehouse
The 9 metre wide arch hall is perfect as a storage space for hay, straw, grain or agricultural equipment. But that's not all - it can also be used as a workshop, wood drying shed or animal shelter. It's a versatile solution that's easy to adapt to your farm's current needs.

Fast, uncomplicated assembly
Thanks to the modular construction, assembly of the shed is simple and requires no special tools or lengthy site preparation. You assemble everything yourself - saving time, money and not being dependent on construction teams.

A design that lasts for years
The high-quality steel frame and technical PVC tarpaulin combine to form a robust, solid unit. It withstands strong winds, snow and rain and requires little maintenance.

Good-looking and not intimidating in the yard
The minimalist, curved shape makes the hall look modern and does not visually dominate the surroundings. Instead of disfiguring the farm, it enhances its functionality and aesthetics.

Grows with you
Need more space? No problem. Arch halls can easily be extended with additional segments - exactly when the situation requires it.

An investment that pays off
Compared to a brick hall, the cost of buying and using an arch hall is significantly lower. And the return on investment is faster. It is an economical solution, but without compromising on durability and convenience.
